Nokia N86 8MP Internet Call

I've noticed recently that N86 Gizmo VOIP calling Service is not listed any more into the NetSettings menu, and after searching and trying
i was able to install the nokia Internet Calling service using
SIP_VoIP_3_x_Settings_v2_0_en.sis

Newer versions are not working.
after installing this file, you'll goto tools->connectivity->netsetting->Advanced Voip -> add new service

fix for X11 problem on Centos 5

if you ever faced this error on centos 5 while compiling an application

xdisplay.c:37:19: error: X11/X.h: No such file or directory
xdisplay.c:38:22: error: X11/Xlib.h: No such file or directory
xdisplay.c:39:23: error: X11/Xutil.h: No such file or directory
you would simply list the available libX11 package for your system.
yum list libX11*devel*

then install it which then will install the required dependencies
yum install libX11-devel.i386

Into my case, those were the dependencies packages

Installing:
 libX11-devel               i386       1.0.3-11.el5           base       661 k
Installing for dependencies:
 libXau-devel               i386       1.0.1-3.1              base        11 k
 libXdmcp-devel             i386       1.0.1-2.1              base       7.5 k
 mesa-libGL-devel           i386       6.5.1-7.8.el5          base       461 k
 xorg-x11-proto-devel       i386       7.1-13.el5             base       247 k

now run make again and you'll move to another Error! =)
hence: Errors makes you learn

hope it helps.

Nokia 770 Enable Mic , Speakers

Don't do this without headphones plugged in... you'll likely overload the audio subsystem with feedback.
From a shell prompt (i.e., inside `xterm` on the N770)
sudo gainroot
cd /sys/devices/platform/audio-i2c/
echo 1 > mic_enable
echo 1 > mic_loopback
echo 100 > gain_left
echo 100 > gain_right
echo 90 > volume_left
echo 90 > volume_right
